IT46116: MIGRATED V5 POST RESPONSE EXTENSION CORRUPTS CLIENT RESPONSE

Error description

• Migrated v5 post response extension DataPower rules are run in
  the API Gateway as a v5 emulated user defined policy.  Unlike
  migrated v5 user defined policies which are not provided the
  current message.body in the INPUT context, the migrated post
  response rule requires the current message.body in the INPUT
  context which the v5 emulation framework was not providing.  The
  end result was the called rule results action returned a buffer
  of an empty XML nodeset provided instead in INPUT.  The buffer
  equivalent of the empty XML nodeset is an XML declarative only
  which when parsed resulted in a parse error.
