Error description

• If an object in DataPower is defined with a number as the name
  of the object, then the RMI call to return that objects status
  or configuration would incorrectly return the name attribute as
  a number rather than as a string
  e.g. for an rule it would return

  The '3' should be quoted like '"name": "3"'
