Error description

• The below FFST and dump are the result of an incorrect assert
  in MQ function CSQXGSKU which can be called as part of REFRESH
  SECURITY TYPE(SSL) processing. The assert firing is usually
  harmless and will only result in an FFST and dump if the CHIN
  debug DD CSQXDBG is used.

  *                      for an abend and FFST to occur.         *

  The code which handles a SSL refresh incorrectly fires an assert
  if the CSQXDBG DD card is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to remove this assert and therefore,
  the abend and FFST no longer occur.
