How do I renew/extend the expiration date of an expired/expiring profile for my Cryptographic Coprocessor card?

Cause

A profile used with my Cryptographic Coprocessor card is expired or soon to expire.

Answer

During the initialization process, multiple profiles were created to work with the Cryptographic Coprocessor card(s). At least one of these profiles has expired or is soon to expire
To renew or extend the expiration date of a profile,
  1. Access the Cryptographic Coprocessor Configuration website via https://<server>:2010/QIBM/CCA/Admin/qc6fmenu.ndm/main0
  2. Click on Manage configuration link in the left navigator.
  3. Click on Profiles link in the left navigator.
  4. Check the radio button next to the appropriate Cryptographic Coprocessor and press the Continue button.
  5. On the Log on to the Cryptographic Coprocessor page, you can use the DEFAULT profile, leaving the profile and pass phrase fields blank, or log in with one of the other profiles that were created at card initialization. Press the Continue button .
  6. On the Profile management page, select the profile that is expired or expiring and click the Change button.
  7. On the Change profile page, type in values for the Pass phrase and Confirm pass phrase fields then define a future Expiration date. Press the Continue button. 
This will update the expiration date of the profile
