Problem
When you open or create an Automation Document Processing project, an error occurs.
An unexpected error occurred: Failed to gather details of project <projectname>
Cause
Project databases created with a 21.0.3 script cannot be used with 24.0.0 due to incompatibility with the underlying database schema and updates to credential management. This also applies to 21.0.3 databases that have been upgraded to an intermediate version, such as 22.0.1 through 23.0.2. It does not apply to databases originally created with a 22.0.1 or newer script.
Resolving The Problem
Create new 24.0.0 project databases, create new projects, and retrain the models. If there is critical data in a 21.0.3 database, open a case with Cloud Pak for Business Automation specifying that the issue is with Automation Document Processing.
