* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The new option FROM is added to the     *
*                      RECOVER INDEX utility panel (ADB2UXV).  *
****************************************************************
The enhancement adds the ability to perform redirected recovery
for indexes by using new option FROM (CREATOR and INDEX NAME) on
the RECOVER INDEX utility panel (ADB2UXV).
