Description
As previously announced in Machine Alert Document 240207 the IBM Resource Link site will be migrating to a new location.
We are pleased to announce the new Resource Link site is now available at:
https://www.ibm.com/support/resourcelink/
As of today, the following functions/features are available on the new Resource Link site:
- Remote Code Load
- Customized planning aids
- IBM Z and LinuxOne Security Portal
- AROM/SUL downloads
- SUL control file downloads
The following functions/features have moved from Resource Link:
We are still working on delivering the following:
- Machine and HIPER alerts will be moved to IBM Support
- Customer Initiated Upgrade
- Host Key documents
- CHPID Mapping tool
- WWPN tool
The old Resource Link site will remain available through March 2024, but will be sunset soon after.
Call Home Connect Cloud:
Remote Code Load:
- New requests must be scheduled on the new site
- Requests made on the old site can still be managed
Watch both the old and new sites for specific alerts and messages on function availability.
