Troubleshooting
Problem
Users might have a problem registering the API Connect Gateway service if the same configuration had been previously registered and later deleted in another domain.
Symptom
In the DataPower logs users might see an error like:
Sat Jun 01 2024 20:01:13 [DomainName][0x80e00386][mpgw][error] apigw(APIConnectExternalInterface): tid(111) gtid(5f7bab2f0429464ebbdf729deec59a1): Request to activate gateway on 10.0.1.1:9443 failed. The conflicting registration is owned by PreviousDomainName in domain PreviousDomainName.
Resolving The Problem
Reboot the Gateway to clear any residual configuration that might not have been deleted.
