  INSPECTION FORM QUESTIONS
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
  
  1. Go to Manage Inspection Forms Work Center
  2. Create a new Inspection Form TEST 123
  3. Add a new Single Choice question
     1. Question: Test 1.1
     2. Description: Testing
     3. Option 1: a
  
     4. Option 2: b
     5. Visible: yes
  4. Click done.
  5. Add a new question. (Do NOT select any question type. Just
  populate the question name)
     1. Question: Test 1.2
  6. Click done
  7. Select both questions and click on Create Groups
  8. Name the group and save the form
  9. Create a new Single Choice question
     1. Question: Test 2.1
     2. Description: Testing
     3. Option 1: a
  
     4. Option 2: b
     5. Visible: yes
  10. Save the form.
  
  11. Click on Back.
  
  12. Form is now in draft status.
  
  13. Click on Conditional Settings icon.
  
  RESULTS:
  
  
  Nothing is displayed. The question list is blank, even though
  the form does have some single choice questions on it.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The compatible questions (single choice questions) should be
  displayed on the question list so user can add conditions to
  them.
