  • Problem Description
    When Required dates are updated on work order materials tab, The
    Usage records are not regenerated properly.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    .GO TO >> ADMINISTRATION >> ORGANIZATION
    .Bring up your organization
    .MORE ACTIONS >> INVENTORY OPTIONS >> INVENTORY DEFAULTS
    .Automatically create usage documents for new reservations: YES
    .Click OK
    .MORE ACTIONS >> WORK ORDER OPTIONS >> EDIT RULES
    .To APPR, WAPPR and WMATL status lines, make sure to select WP
    Materials flag for both status
    .Click OK
    
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Create a new work order (1204)
    .Enter a description
    .Location: MOFLOOR4
    .Work Type: PM
    .GL Account: 6220-300-000
    .Click in Plans tab
    .Click in Materials sub tab
    .Add new row
    .Item: EB12
    .Quantity: 1
    .Unit Cost: 100.00
    .Direct Issue?: YES
    .Required Date: 3/28/24 03:00 PM
    
    .Add a second new row
    .Item: 12853
    .Quantity: 1
    .Storeroom: PKG
    .Required Date: 3/28/24 03:00 PM
    
    .Add a third new row
    .Item: 10112
    .Quantity: 1
    .Storeroom: PKG
    .Required Date: 3/28/24 03:00 PM
    .COMMON ACTIONS >> APPROVE WORK ORDER
    .Click OK
    
    .GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY USAGE
    .A new usage was created with the description "Created for WO -
    1204"
    .Inv usage has 2 lines.
    
    .GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY
    .MORE ACTIONS >> ADD/MODIFY RESERVATIONS
    .Filter by work order
    .Now, change the required date and set up 3 days a head.
    .Click OK
    
    .GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY USAGE
    .There is only one inventory usage to work order 1204.
    
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Bring up the work order created previously
    .Required date is still the same as original.
    .Change required date field to lines which contain a non direct
    issue (same as inv usage, 3 days ahead)
    .Save
    
    .GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY USAGE
    .Filter by wonum in description field
    .Now there is a new inv usage record with only one material
    
    RESULTS: A new inventory usage record is created with only one
    material while work order have more materials.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:   User expects to get a new inventory usage
    with the materials lines requested in the work order.
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION:  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
