IT45390: MQ Appliance runmqras "-section format" fails with "dspmqtrc: command not found"

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the runmqras command  is executed on an MQ Appliance and
  includes "-section format", the resulting archive includes a
  "format" folder containing dspmqtrc.stder and dspmqtrc.stdout.
  The contents of the dspmqtrc.stderr contains:
  
  /bin/sh: dspmqtrc: command not found
  

Local fix

• The work around is to execute the following dspmqtrc command to
  format the TR? files in the mqtrace:// directory:
  
  dspmqtrc *
  
  And only include the "-section trace" on the runmqras command.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Incorrect path to dspmqtrc was being used by the runmqras tool
  while attempting to format traces on the IBM MQ Appliance.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to ensure correct path is specified
  for dspmqtrc command.
