- wlp/bin/productInfo -validate fails with "The following
fixes must be reapplied: [24003-wlp-archive-IFPH59682]". This
is only a packaging issue and does not affect server
functionality.

Problem conclusion

  • - JSTL <x:transform> tag no longer throws
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException.

- Uninstall PH59682 before installing PH61042 to resolve the
wlp/bin/productInfo -validate issue.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
