Error description
We can see sporadic TLS / SSL errors when SNI is configured with a custom host name that has both upper case and lower case characters.
Local fix
Work around is to not use any upper case characters in the custom host name.
Problem summary
A custom SNI hostname with uppercase characters might fail to resume a TLS session.
Problem conclusion
