Error description

• After creating a Storage Insights REST API key, attempts to use
  the API call to get a token return the following error.
  
  Error 401: User unauthorized
  
  The API to get the token had previously been working and the
  REST API key has not expired.  Affects all use of the Storage
  Insights REST API.
