Problem
Users created in MAS (Suite Administration) or synchronized by LDAP cannot be synchronized to Manage showing: Error 400: BMXAA4211E - Database error number -302 has occurred when operating on PERSON : Person=XXXXX
Cause
The size of a field in PERSON table is too small to be populated. For this particular case, DISPLAYNAME attribute needs to be increased.
Diagnosing The Problem
1 Go to Database Configuration;
2. Search for PERSON object;
3. Click Attributes tab;
4. Search for DISPLAYNAME attribute
5. Increase the length field:
6. Go to the List View and click Apply Configuration Changes.
