Abstract
Download and apply the hotfix for Backup & Restore.
Content
For IBM Storage Fusion HCI, download applypatch-hci-272.sh from the public Git repository and apply it.
For IBM Storage Fusion, download applypatch-sds-272.sh from the public Git repository and apply it.
This hotfix fixes the following Backup & Restore issues:
- Install or upgrade hangs at 66% with transaction manager or application controller pods in crashloopbackoff state
- Service protection backup fails for large environments
- Failed backup jobs do not cleanup snapshot
- Backup of PVCs with long names fail
- Granular restore of cluster or namespace resource using the custom recipe fails
- Deleted spoke applications are not removed from the IBM Storage Fusion user interface
- Version conflict errors while you update new namespaces during restore
- Backup & Restore S3 Location problem with ONTAP storage
