PH60343: WSL WORKLIST ERROR IN DB2 ADMIN TOOL VALIDATION WHEN USING SESSION_USER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a user edits a WSL to change USER sqlid to SESSION_USER
  sqlid and then does a validate option on the WSL, it results in
  an  ONCODE 520 abend. The USER sqlid works fine but SESSION_USER
  does not.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a WSL entry includes the statement *
  *                      SET CURRENT SQLID = SESSION_USER, and   *
  *                      the user issues line command V          *
  *                      (Validate) or Q (Clone) on panel        *
  *                      ADB2W1, an abend 520 occurs.            *
  ****************************************************************
  When a user issues line command V (Validate) on panel ADB2W1
  for a WSL entry, an abend 520 occurs if the entry includes the
  statement SET CURRENT SQLID = SESSION_USER.  The same abend
  occurs when issuing line command Q (Clone) if that same
  statement is included in the WSL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been fixed.
