APAR status

Error description

  • Calling a Java wrapper with italian daylight timezone applied in
run configuration throws a java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
when accessing dates in the range 1966-1979.

Output:
Exception in thread "main" egl.core.InvocationException:
EGL0150E Si è verificato un errore nella chiamata al programma
PrintDate. Errore: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
HOUR_OF_DAY: 0 -> 1
EGL0001I L'errore si è verificato in PrintDateWrapper.

Running the same EGL program directly, without the wrapper
involvement, via the EGL debugger or Java Gen returns the
correct dates with no error.

NB: APAR PI60404 addressed the same issue for the 9.5.x stream
but occurred with basic programs rather then via Java wrappers.
