Error description

  • PROBLEM:

PO NAVIGATING TO BLANK LIST VIEW FROM INVENTORY ADD/MODIFY
    RESERVATIONS

When trying to navigate to Purchase Orders application from an
Inventory Reservation record that has a Storeroom Site different
than the To Site field, user is taken to a blank list view of
the PO Tracking application, instead of being taken to the
    actual PO record.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

    1. Go to Purchase Orders application
    2. Create a new record.

    3. Check "Internal?" checkbox.

    4. Populate the following fields:

    	Storeroom: CENTRAL
    	Storeroom Site: NASHUA

    5. Go to Plans tab and add a new row.

    	ITEM: 0-0031
    	QUANTITY: 2
    	STOREROOM: CENTRAL
    6. Save and approve the PO.
    7. Open Inventory application

    8. Go to select action > click on Add/Modify Reservation

    9. A popup will open up that displays all reservations

    10. Filter the reservations using the PO created on step 2.

    11. Expand the row

    12. Click on the chevron button next to the PO field

    13. Navigate to the Purchase Orders application

    14. Purchase Orders application opens to list tab with blank
    records.

    RESULTS:

Records navigate to blank PO list view. This happens whenever
the Storeroom Site is different than the To Site field on the
    reservation.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:

It should navigate to the actual PO record.

    REPORTED IN VERSION:

    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
