IJ50451: DEFAULTCRAFT FLAG ISSUE IN LABOR APPLICATION.

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  Two LABORCRAFTRATE records have the DEFAULTCRAFT flag set to
  true for the same labor record in the Labor application
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Adminstration Module --> Resources sub-module --> Open
  Labor application.
  2. Open a labor record with crafts associated.
  3. Click on Crafts tab - Under Crafts section - Filter such that
  none of the records are returned (Ex: filter with "z" just to
  see that no records are visible in the table.)
  4. Click on New Row : field "Default Craft for Labor?"
  (LABORCRAFTRATE.DEFAULTCRAFT flag) is set to true by default and
  cannot be changed.
  5. Choose an existing craft from the lookup and save the record.
  
  6. Remove the filter applied in STEP-3 and click enter.
  7. There are 2 default crafts and Neither of those lines can be
  deleted.
  
  RESULT:
  Labor record will have two LABORCRAFTRATE records with
  DEFAULTCRAFT flag set as true.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  For a Labor record DEFAULTCRAFT flag should be true only for one
  LABORCRAFTRATE record.
