Troubleshooting
Problem
Customers using the IBM SevOne Data Insight Topology and Maps widgets will see a ‘License Expired’ watermark and the system will eventually stop displaying maps in these areas of the product.
Symptom
Please note that once you see the License Expired watermark starting April 1st 2024 that these widgets will eventually stop working on May 14th, 2024.

Cause
The IBM SevOne ReGraph Map Licence used within Data Insight has expired and will require renewal.
- IBM SevOne and our customers are NOT in violation of any license agreements.
- IBM SevOne is in good standing with the technology provider.
- This does not impact any other Data Insight features or functions.
- The Topology and old Maps Widgets will display a watermark.
- Customers should not upgrade Data Insight before checking the latest compatibility matrix
Environment
This pertains to the following IBM SevOne Data Insight versions:
- 3.13.x
- 6.5.x
- 6.6.x
- 6.7.x
- 6.8.x
Resolving The Problem
Please download and install the latest service pack appropriate for your version of Data Insight to resolve this issue:
