  • When attempting to execute "Update modified mainframe members,"
from Build Client encounter a popup error:
"Retrieving MVS connection info from DB failed with the COM
error: IDispatch error #3149.

Problem summary

  • When updating Mainframe members from Endevor libraries, an
authentication error to SQL Server occurred

Problem conclusion

  • A defect occurred in the code on this specific case, on remote
SQL Server configuration. Code was modified to fix the defect.
