Incomplete: An error in the MDV has not regressed, but does not work as designed.

For Known Issues and limitations in this release of IBM Host On-Demand, refer to the following Technote:
- Failure to load License Manger in AIX, z/OS and PPCLinux
- If the IBM Host On-Demand server is accessed using the Host On-Demand Administration console from Non-Windows clients, the services status shows as "Unknown". This behavior is inconsistent, and users cannot start/stop the services.
