Error description

• After upgrading to WAS FOR Z/OS 23.0.0.6, z/OS Connect EE
  Unlimited 03.00.74 WOLA connections are failing to IMS DBCTL
  enabled regions.

  enabled.
  bboaims uses the incorrect branch instruction after testing
  RCTYP1 to see if it is running in IMS.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to use BO instead of BE after a TM of
  RCTYP1.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
