Abstract
End Of Support (EOS) Announced for Maximo Asset Management 7.5x, Industry Solutions , Add-on’s and for Maximo Archiving 7.1.

On April 11, 2017, end of support for all IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.5x products including industry solutions and add-ons was announced via IBM Announcement Letter #917-037
Effective April 30, 2018, fixes, patches, and telephone support are no longer provided for Maximo 7.5x and its corresponding components and add-ons of the same version. Due to the rapid changes with platform support, customers will have 12 months of notification from the time of the announcement to the effective end of support date. It is encouraged that you plan to upgrade to IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.

In addition to all of the Maximo, Industry Solutions and Add-ons that have a 7.6 replacement part, a number of products that are included in the announcement are considered End of Life.
Please note the following products do not have a 7.6 equivalent replacement part, but may offer a trade up or conversion of licenses to an alternative offering.

Extended Maintenance is available if you are unable to upgrade at this time
Please note that if you are current on IBM Subscription and Support, and are unable to upgrade before April 30, 2018, you do have the option to purchase an annual Extended Service Contract. To be eligible, clients must show that they are preparing an IBM Maximo upgrade roadmap. Extended service is priced at a premium and only available for three years. At the end-of-support date, help documentation for IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.5x products including industry solutions and add-ons is removed from IBM Knowledge Center. If you wish to retain access to 7.5.x help documentation, you can use locally installed help packages.
