Service unavailable message in UI for IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps or IBM Netcool Operations Insight

If you deploy IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps or IBM Netcool Operations Insight on certain versions of Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform, an "Application is not available" message might intermittently be displayed. In some cases, blank pages are displayed when you try to access the UI.
There is an issue with the following Red Hat]® OpenShift® Container Platform versions.
    4.13.33
    4.13.32
    4.13.31
    4.13.30
    4.12.49
    4.12.48
To resolve this issue, upgrade your Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform deployment to a fixed version. For more information, see OpenShift 4 - Intermittent 503 from all routes or timeouts when calling to backends directly when `allow-from-openshift-ingress` network policy is applied in the Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform documentation.
