Troubleshooting
Problem
During User Synchronization in Maximo Application Suite, some issues can occur and need to fixed allowing the users to log in properly and allowing Users management.
For each issue, you need to follow the instructions described in the related document.
Resolving The Problem
1. MAS Usersync fails due with "Error 400: BMXAA4211E - Database error number -803 has occurred when operating on EMAIL:" Click here.
2. MASUSERSYNC fails to sync user as it already exists. Click here.
3. Getting BMXAA0024E - The action USER-INSERT is not allowed on object MAXUSER when trying to sync users. Click here.
4. Users exist in MAXUSER table but do not show up in MAS Administration. Click here.
5. Users fail to sync from MAS to Manage due to index violation on email table. Click here.
6. BMXAA0619E - If Password Hint Question is entered, then Answer must also be entered. Click here.
7. BMXAA3833E - A person's status must be Active in order to be included on a user record. Click here.
