  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1- DBA ran a batch job with one step    *
  *                      to create a new Qsub, The ASN5157W      *
  *                      message was sent.                       *
  *                      2- For event publishing, LRSN is        *
  *                      missing for message_format E            *

  1- The Replication Alert Monitor sends an alert when a Q
  Capture program deactivates a Q subscription.  It should be
  only generated the ASN5157W message when the subscription is
  inactive and state_info is not null.
  2- For event publishing, LRSN is missing for message_format E
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- The Replication Alert Monitor won't sent one alert message
  when the subscription is inactive and state_info is null.
  2- Added LRSN for message format type E for event publishing
  ASNCLP was not updated.
