Troubleshooting


Problem

Unable to connect to Git repository from Planning Analytics. TM1 Git failed. Reason: Authentication failed.

Cause

Invalid URL format.  Error can occur if using HTTPS URL for the connection, and not the expected SSH URL.

Resolving The Problem

  • Review Git repository settings
  • Verify the SSH URL
    • Example:

  • Ensure the SSH URL is used when configuring the connection
