Error description
Various NLS warning messages are seen when the mqsicreatebar command is run. An example of these errors are : Warning: NLS missing message: Error_PolicyUrlIncorrectFormat in: com.ibm.etools.mft.ibmnodes.plugin.ibmnodesresources Warning: NLS missing message: Error_PolicyUrlIncorrectPolicyType in: com.ibm.etools.mft.ibmnodes.plugin.ibmnodesresources Warning: NLS unused message: DFDLXSDResourceBuilder_errorSchemaInAppImportSchemaInSharedLib in: com.ibm.etools.msg.builder.messages Warning: NLS unused message: DFDLXSDResourceBuilder_errorProjectReferenceIsMissing in: com.ibm.etools.msg.builder.messages The actual build and later deploy of the bar file is not impacted and these warning messages can be ignored.

Problem conclusion
