PH58685: THE MESSAGE TEXT FOR BIP2606E DOES NOT DISPLAY THE DETAILS CORRECTLY.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to retrieve a message from a queue where the GET
  operation is prohibited, the error message BIP2606E is thrown.
  However,  the Queue Name, MQ Return code, and MQ Reason Code are
  not displayed properly in the message text.
  
  
  Example :
  
  +BIP2606E - UNABLE TO GET MESSAGE FROM WEBSPHERE MQ QUEUE
  'Flow.MQ Input': MQCC=INQ; MQRC=MQ81; NODE '2'.
  
  
  Here,  there is a misalignment in the displayed details. ie,
  node name is shown as the queue name, queue name is displayed MQ
  Return code, queue manager name is displayed as MQ Return code
  and MQ return code is displayed as Node name.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When attempting to retrieve messages from an MQ queue where GET
  operation is prohibited, BIP2606 error is thrown with misaligned
  inserts.
  
  Example:
  +BIP2606E - UNABLE TO GET MESSAGE FROM WEBSPHERE MQ QUEUE
  'Flow.MQ Input': MQCC=INQ; MQRC=MQ81; NODE '2'.
  
  
  Here, node name is shown as the queue name, queue name is
  displayed MQ Return code, queue manager name is displayed as MQ
  Return code and MQ return code is displayed as Node name.
  

Problem conclusion

• The  insert order for the  BIP2606E is now corrected  such that
  the information is  aligned correctly to the respective fields.
