Error description

  • The reported issue was introduced by MASISMIG-42099 in TPAE
7.6.1.3 IFIX - IJ47084 WORK ORDERS CREATED OFFLINE ON MOBILE
    HAVE INCORRECT STATUS DATES.
After upgrade from 7.6.1.2 to 7.6.1.3 we are facing and issue
when the object structure has inbound processing class
psdi.iface.app.wo.MaxWOProcess, the following error appears when
    using MXLoader standard:
    psdi.util.MXSystemException: BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has
occurred. Please contact your system administrator for
assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and
determine where and why the error occurred. Null

If we tried the same integration process using UI importing data
into applications, we get the error in the attachment.

We found out that if we use the same integration class from
7.6.1.2 the error is not displayed.

    The steps to replicate are:

    1. Have an object structure with the inbound processing class
psdi.iface.app.wo.MaxWOProcess. For this example, the standard
MXWODETAIL object structure will be used to import services
(WPSERVICE) to a workorder (it works in the same way with the
    WPMATERIAL object)

    2. Have a workorder in WAPPR status

    3. Use the MXWODETAIL object structure to import planned
services into Maximo, either through MXLoader or through
    Maximo's Import Applications functionality.

    4. When trying to import a service,

Maximo responds with the following error:

    psdi.util.MXSystemException: BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has
occurred. Please contact your system administrator for
assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and
determine where and why the error occurred. Null
