Problem
When logging in to Rational DOORS, receive error parsing file /v6data/users/u000000000000d5a.dt at line 1 expecting History.
Symptom
When logging onto DOORS 9.6 database getting the following error.
Error while parsing file /v6data/users/u000000000000d5a.dt at line 1 expecting History.
Cause
File corruption
Environment
Windows or Linux
Diagnosing The Problem
Make sure the u000000000000XXX.dtc file exists. If it does not exist, restore the file from a dtb file or restore the dtc file from a database backup.
Resolving The Problem
Restore the following file to a good backup:
s0000000000000XXX.dtc
u0000000000000XXX.dtc
w0000000000000XXX.dtc
