IBM Maximo Asset Management (EAM) clients can trade-up their current Asset Management
license to an IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) license.

IBM Maximo Asset Management (EAM) clients can trade-up their current Asset Management
license to an IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) license. When such a trade-up is purchased,
Client may use EAM and MAS License Program in any deployment combination up to the total
number of entitlements purchased for MAS until such a time that dual support for EAM 7.6.1.x
is no longer offered. Once Client has completed their technical migration to MAS Manage, they
are required to discontinue their use of EAM.

Key Dates:
• Effective 30 April 2027, dual support under the MAS license for EAM 7.6.1.x is no longer
available.
• Effective 30 September 2025, regular maintenance fixes, and base support are no longer
provided for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.x and its corresponding components and
add-ons of the same version.
If further support for EAM is required, then Sustained and Extended support is available
for purchase.
