Problem
IBM Rational DOORS and DOORS Web Access still check out license from the old server after updating the environment variable to point to the new license server.
Cause
The license was still pointing to the old server on the registry key.

Resolving The Problem
- Make sure that the environment variable is pointing to the new license server
- Right click the Computer... >> Properties...>>
- Select Advanced system settings >>Environment Variables...
- Locate the System environment variable and make sure it points to the new server
- Make sure the TELELOGIC_LICENSE_FILE registry key is correct
- Launch regedit, search for instances of TELELOGIC_LICENSE_FILE and make sure it is pointing to the new server
- Restart the server
