Error description

• When running a compare with Source as DDL with history tables,
  the resulting compare results in the following error:
  
  ADB7350E Module : ADB2CMT detected an ONCODE condition 9 in
  VERIFY_KEYLABEL

  When source DDL has no history or archive-enabled table spaces
  but contains the child tables, the resulting compare fails with
  an ONCODE 9 in VERIFY_KEY_LABEL.
