IT45415: STORAGE INSIGHTS ALERT NOTIFICATION EMAILS RECEIVED FOR NON-PRO TENANTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Alerting is a Storage Insights Pro feature.  Storage Insights
  (not Pro) users should not receive any alerts.  However, some
  Storage Insights tenants that were previously Storage Insights
  Pro still have email addresses included in alert definitions
  that the user cannot access or modify.  As a result, alert
  notifications are incorrectly sent to those email addresses.
  
  Note: The email addresses for the alerts might have been added
  during a Storage Insights Pro trial.
  

Local fix

• Contact IBM Support to remove the incorrect email configuration.
