Question & Answer
Question
What is permitted to be installed on OpenShift with the IBM Maximo Application suite license?
Answer
The IBM documentation provides the following information about the licensing for MAS:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/mas-cd/continuous-delivery?topic=premises-licensing
The license allows to install and use Red Hat OpenShift only for MAS, deploying other applications is not allowed by the licence agreement.
However, it covers support of your operation of MAS within the same cluster.
For example, you can deploy a file server in a pod in your cluster, as long as it is only intended to serve your customization archive for building Maximo Manage.
