• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IBM Storage Protect Plus  cloud offload backup to a new IBM COS
  bucket failed with the following error:
  
  Unable to update the partner for <hostname_or_ip_address>. Error
  - Failed to create vSnap cloud Offload message: "An error
  occurred (404) when calling the HeadObject operation: Not Found"
  type: "ClientError".
  
  The underlying issue is that archive policy takes time(maybe
  about 12 hours) to be effective.
  
  Affected versions: 10.1.15.1, 10.1.15.2
  

Local fix

• Retry the failed IBM Storage Protect Plus offload job after
  about 12 hours.

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that cloud offload backup to a
