Error description

• A user is assigned with a resource group without any job related
  resources assigned. When logging in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  through this user and checking Jobs in Job History, no job is
  listed because this user is not authorized to any job. But the
  Job counter displays a non-zero value which is incorrect.
