Abstract

On 31 January 2024, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fix 016. As with all interim fixes, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier interim fix releases for this Feature Pack are included.

Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3 interim fix 016 is available at Fix Central.
Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fixes incorporate Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)  fixes, previously released in separate IBM Installation Manager packages.

IJ49595 Inventory usage The "Shelf Life" value is lost when a Lotted Item is transferred using Inventory Usage.
DT243499 Inspection With Maximo Application Suite 8.10, new functionality was added to the Inspection Application introduced, MVI analysis. The component used to view the MVI result is the graphite-common-solution-components (gcsc). Originally, the Inspection app was built with gcsc-2.0.13, but this component is incompatible with the Config Tool (MAF 8_10_6). It was necessary to upgrade the gcsc to a version that is compatible with the Config Tool. Maximo Asset Management clients must install TPAE 7.6.1.3 interim fix 016 or later.
IJ49537 Login A failed login attempt results in the error "The server has encountered an unknown error." rather than BMXAA7901E - "You cannot log in at this time. Contact the system administrator.".
DT237643 Graphical Work Week Work Order Scheduled Start and End dates are not updated when changed in the Graphical Work Week view.
DT256781 Graphical Assignment The Work Order marker does not appear on a Map when the record has a Service Address.
IJ49481 System UI The Calendar Button in SQL Expression Builder does not work.
IJ49458 System UI In Inspections, cannot enter a time in "HH:mm:ss" format.
IJ38777 Location If a Location's status is changed to a synonym of the current status, a date prior to the last status change can be used.
IJ46690 Email Listeners E-mail Listener fails for certain email address display name encodings.
IJ49189 Move/Modify Assets Moving multiple Rotating Assets which are not in a Location can result in error BMXAA4211E or BMXAA8229W.
IJ45556 Inventory usage Changing an Inventory Usage record which has an Item with a cost type of STANDARD on two lines to Complete status results in error BMXAA8229W.
IJ36219 Database configuration Increasing the number of Tax types in Database Configuration when audit is enabled for that object results in error BMXAA0596E - "A row cannot be added because this object is not editable.".
IJ49030 Classifications Attributes marked as mandatory in the Classifications application are not displayed as mandatory on the Specification tab of the corresponding application.
IJ39413 Invoices When an Invoice for Service is reversed and the Service was not first received, an error is thrown approving the new Invoice.
IJ47793 System UI The "Standard Start Center" link that displays when you click "Mobile Start Center" is difficult to distinguish against the background.
IJ48645 Inventory usage Issue transactions are generated with "???" in GLDEBITACCT.
IJ44362 Inventory usage GL Debit Account value from Reservation is not populated on Inventory Usage record when "Create Remaining Usage Lines" action is used.
IJ49036 System UI When System Properties mxe.webclient.skin = tivoli13 and mxe.webclient.verticalLabels = 1, the label is very close to the check box.
IJ48902 Work Order Tracking Changing the status of a closed Work Order to a synonym value results in a database error.
IJ48890 Classifications Changes to the data type of an Attribute in the Classification application are not reflected in the Assets application.
IJ48875 Email Listeners E-mail Listener cannot process an attachment of type ".msg".
IJ48876 Report BIRT Inventory ROP Analysis report has incorrect values for "New ROP Value" and "New Safety Stock Value". The fix requires the updated inventory_rop_transdate.rptdesign.
IJ48747 Location In the Create Service Request application, clicking the Select Value option on the Location field results in error BMXAA2661E - "Location LOCZBC is not a valid location.".
IJ48739 System UI When the date format is set to dd/MMM/yyyy and the user's locale is en_AU or en_GB, picking a date in September results in error BMXAA4144E.
IJ48283 Item Master Adding a new item results in errors BMXAA7136E - "Validation failed when the database default values were set. See the associated message for more information." and BMXAA7831I - "Do you want to apply the tax-exempt status to the organization level for the item, and to the vendor level for the item?.".
IJ47091 Inventory The "Disallow Negative Current Balance" and "Disallow Negative Available Balance" settings do not get applied in all scenarios.
IJ47792 Item Assembly Structures In the Assets application, in the "Apply Item Assembly Structure" dialog, selecting the Move to menu option in the Belongs to field causes error BMXAA4107E.
IJ35576 Receiving Receiving a large quantity of Rotating Assets as a Direct Issue to an operating location results in error BMXAA1771E - "This asset already exists. Please enter new asset.".
IJ46181 Integration Creating a Location with a hierarchy with the API results in error BMXAA4214E - "An unknown error has occurred.".
IJ46151 Integration Using MIF or Application Import to update serialnum field for assets that have a groupname results in error BMXAA8665W - "Do you want to allow sequence number duplication?".
IJ45853 Report Direct Print with Attachment doesn't work when attachment is located in UNC path and OS of Maximo application server is not Windows.
IJ37751 Inventory Incorrect Current Balance shown in Message Tracking application.

  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4 use Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2.Apply interim fixes for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4.
  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 uses Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3. This interim fix can be applied to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5.
