Problem
Receive error when trying to edit user "The user record cannot be edited. Unable to acquire user record lock.".
Symptom
User receives error Invalid username or password when trying to log in to Rational DOORS.
The Administrator also receives error when trying to edit the user:
The user record cannot be edited. Unable to acquire user record lock.
Cause
There is lock file remind in with the user.

Diagnosing The Problem
Check the Rational DOORS manage lock to see whether there is any lock that is related to this user.
Resolving The Problem
Unlock the locked items in the Rational DOORS manage lock. Also, try to restart the database if possible.
