Error description

• This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS
  Explorer 5.5.0.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• - In the "CICSPLEX Definitions" table, when right-clicking on a
   CICSPlex and selecting "Unassign from CMAS...", there is no
   "Force" option on the resulting dialog box.
  - The Shared Class Cache (SCC) statistics that are displayed in
   the CICS Explorer JVM Server are shown in bytes rather than
   displaying the unit.
  - When repeatedly refreshing the Cloud Explorer view, an
  intermittent NullPointerException (NPE) occurs during
  "Fetching children of Applications".
  - The Modename resource is not available to be viewed via the
  CICS Explorer Resource view.
  - The Java service level shipped with CICS Explorer (Java 8
  SR8 FP15) should be updated to a later Fix Pack level.
  

Problem conclusion

• - The Force option is added to Unassign from CMAS operation on
  CPLEXDEF.
  - The Shared class cache (SCC) statistics displayed in the CICS
   Explorer JVM Server are now shown in more user-friendly units.
  - The NullPointerException (NPE) which occurs when repeatedly
  refreshing the Cloud Explorer view is resolved.
  - The Modename resource has been added to the Resource view so
  that it can be administered.
  - The Java service level shipped with CICS Explorer has been
  updated to Java 8 SR8 FP20.
  .
  This fix will be made available in Version 5.5.35 (32.0.6 and
  33.0.8) of the CICS Explorer.
