IJ49881: ATTACHMENTS ARE MISSING IN PR CREATED BY REQUISITION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating 2 Material lines with Attachments, these are not
  reflected in PR created by the Requisition if the lines dont
  have a vendor.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Go to DR>Create Requisition
  2) Continue
  3) Add 1 line - Material Type
  4) Add an attachment for the line
  5) Continue
  6) Submit
  7) Click View Details
  8) Under Requisition Line Items section, select line 1
  9) See that under Attached Documents for Requisition section,
  theres a line with the Attached file.
  10) Click OK
  11) Go to History Tab
  12) Under Purchase Requisition Status History, select menu>Go to
  Purchase Requisitions
  13) PR will open; Select View Attachments
  
  
  RESULT:
  The file from Requisitions, previously added to the line, is
  missing in PR.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The file from Requisitions, previously added to the line, should
  show in the associated PR.
