Abstract

The list of PTFs included in RSU2312 is incomplete.

Description

Between 4 January 2024 16:00 GMT and 26 January 2024 01:00 GMT, the list of PTFs assigned to SMP/E SOURCEID RSU2312 was incomplete.  The list was missing a number of PTFs closed COR in November 2023.  As a result, some recommended PTFs may not have been delivered, and the SMP/E ++ASSIGN statements for SOURCEID RSU2312 delivered with PTF orders were incomplete. 

As of 26 January 2024 01:00 GMT, the list of PTFs assigned for RSU2312 has been corrected and all expected PTFs and ++ASSIGN statements are delivered with new PTF orders.

Recommended Action

If PTFs were obtained between 4 January 2024 16:00 GMT and 26 January 2024 01:00 GMT, then submit a new request for PTFs to obtain all recommended PTFs and the corrected set of ++ASSIGN statements for SOURCEID RSU2312.  Request new PTFs using either of the following methods:

  • SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER- Submit a new request for CONTENT(ALL) or CONTENT(RECOMMENDED). 
  • Shopz - Submit a new request using either the "All service" or "Recommended (RSU) service" options. 
The resulting PTF order files will include all recommended PTFs, correct ++ASSIGN statements for the PTFs in the order, and correct ++ASSIGN statements for all PTFs already received in your SMP/E CSI.
