Error description

• Inspection Form Error: The following error is displayed
  "BMXAA1339E - Missing key value for
  INSPFIELDNUM. Key value cannot be empty" when the edit is
  performed on question in the Inspection form.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Login to Maximo Application.
  
  2. Navigate to Manage Inspection Form.
  
  3. In the Manage Inspection Form, select any inspection form
  /Create
  a) revision/Create a new inspection form.
  
  +*Note:*+ (User can use the existing or new inspection form).
  For new inspection form make
  sure, that you already have the question, or you can add
  additional question to your new inspection form.
  
  4. For one of the question groups, add 2 questions:
  a) Add Single Choice with description: "Test Single Choice" (or
  any question) with option 1: Yes, and option 2: No
  b) Add Text response with description: "Test Text Response".
  
  5. Now delete "Test Single Option" as specified on 3a and leave
  3b as is.
  
  6. Click "Done" and user can see error message.
  
  7. Click edit button again for the question and there is no
  question of point 3a.
  
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:Error message "BMXAA1339E - Missing key value for
  key INSPFIELDNUM. Key value cannot be empty. Specify as value
  for the key an retry the operation" is displayed.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:Error message should not be displayed.
