PH58705: Abend 0E0-29 occurred while taking a dump 24/01/12 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• A batch job suffered abend, the address space terminates and
  this drives recovery in MQ to clean up and release latches, etc.
  
  However abend 0E0-29 occurred while taking a dump.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An 0E0-29 abend occurs during dump      *
  *                      processing.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  A batch job connected to MQ abended, this drove MQ recovery and
  started dump processing. MQ then attempted to use an ALET to the
  Queue Manager Address Space that had previously already been
  deleted. This caused an 0E0-29 abend to occur while attempting
  to take a dump.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected so that a new ALET will be obtained
  thus fixing the cause of the 0E0-29 abend.
