PH56365: UNABLE TO VIEW USER'S 'MY CONTENT' THROUGH GLASS LIKE IN 11.1.7

Error description

• With Cognos Analytics 11.1.7, you were able to view a user's 'My
  Content' directory through glass via custom URLs pointing to the
  storeID of a particular user's 'My Content'. This is beneficial
  because an administrator can build a report off all their users
  with their custom URLs and be able to view the 'My Content' at a
  click. This is not possible in 11.2.4 nor 12.
