Error description

• ISSUE: System Message - You must complete all edits before
  selecting this option is thrown when reconciling
  
  DESCRIPTION: In Manage Inventory application, when the user
  enters values manually in the Counts tab and reconciles, the
  following message is thrown: System Message - You must complete
  all edits before selecting this option is thrown when
  reconciling.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Manage Inventory
  2. Click the Storerooms icon on the left menu panel.
  3. Select a Storeroom.
  4. Click the Counts tab.
  5. Manually enter values in the New Count column for a few
  items.
  6. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Go to the Reconcile tab and select Refresh Table.
  8. Select all items.
  9. Click the Reconcile button at the bottom of the screen.
  10. Click OK on the dialog window
  11. Before the green banner which states "balances have been
  reconciled" disappears, click on All Items or Reservations
  button on the left-hand side
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Page opens successfully
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  System Message - You must complete all edits before selecting
  this option
  
  VERSION REPORTED:
  IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3
  
  WORKAROUND:
  1. Use the -/+ buttons in the Count tab to increase/decrease the
  count of the items. You should reconcile without any issues
  afterward
  2. If you entered the count values manually in the Count tab,
  after reconciling, wait for the green banner at the top of the
  screen stating that the balances have been reconciled to
  disappear before moving away from the Reconcile tab.
