Error description

• This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS
  Explorer 5.5.0.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• - The Java service level shipped with CICS Explorer (Java 11
  SR20 FP1) should be updated to a later Fix Pack level.
  - The IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ driver within
  the DbFunc feature needs to be updated in order to support Db2
  13.
  - APIs that have been deprecated or removed in newer versions of
   Eclipse still exist within CICS Explorer.
  - Policy support for WLMHEALTH time interval is required.
  - The Liberty target platform needs to be updated.
  - There is not an operations view within CICS Explorer for the
  BRFACIL table.
  - The Atom configuration wizard does not allow URIs which
  contain a : character.
  

Problem conclusion

• - The Java service level shipped with CICS Explorer has been
  updated to Java 11 SR22.
  - The IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ driver has been
  updated to 4.31.10.
  - Some deprecated Eclipse API use is updated.
  - Policy support for WLMHEALTH time interval is now provided.
  CICS Transaction Server for z/OS APAR PH58295 is required.
  - The Liberty target platform is updated to 23.0.0.9.
  - A Bridge Facilities table has been added to enable BRFACIL
  resources to be shown within CICS Explorer.
  - The Atom configuration wizard URI validation is now fixed.
  
  This fix will be made available in Version 5.5.34 (33.0.7) of
  the CICS Explorer.
